Testimonies

The elders of the village brought Prathap and Sathish to our Coonoor home. The children’s mother died of Jaundice. The father is bed ridden as he has broken vertebrae. The brothers were living on all that was available in the street. Prathap had a big belly when he came to the home. While giving a stomach wash, we found out he had consumed sticks, stones, small pieces of glass pieces, beads, blade pieces etc. Now he and his brother have found new life at Bethesda home for children. If not they would be in the streets begging.

Her unwed mother within hours of her birth abandoned Lydia in the hospital. The Samuels were called by the hospital and the baby was handed over to them. Since then Lydia is one of their children. If not for Bethesda home for children in Erumad, Lydia’s life would have changed in a different direction. Now she gets all the best of life, hugs and kisses of parents, above all the love of Christ.

Jansi’s mother died of some illness and the father left the child in the streets and ran away. The local police dept handed her to the Bethesda home for Children in Pandalur. Since 1996 Jansi is in safe hands. Now she is in grade VIII as a bright student in school and loves the Lord.
